My name is Cassidy Hayes and I am the founder and owner of Thrive Marketing! My social media journey began long ago when I started managing social media pages in college as an intern. While I had a strong passion and love for the creative side of social media management, I didn't understand the importance of having a strategic social media plan until I started my own small business back in 2022! As a small business owner managing my own social media platforms, I began to understand social media tactics that helped grow my company's revenue over 60%. My vision and dream is to now help small businesses level up their social media platforms and allow their businesses to THRIVE.
Our Story
Thrive Marketing Agency was founded in 2023 by Cassidy Hayes, a Marketing graduate of Christopher Newport University. The company was developed with the goal of helping small businesses take their marketing efforts to the next level, with a focus on utilizing social media to increase visibility and sales. Founder, Cassidy Hayes, had a unique passion for growing small businesses after she developed and grew her own small business. Through her small business, she developed a talent for expanding growth through social media management, including assets such as content creation, ad campaigns, and the analytical analysis of her social media following. Her dream was to create a company that understood and implemented the importance of social media presence within small businesses in order to develop brand awareness and company growth.
